Maintenance tips
  • Daily inspection: Before operation, focus on checking whether the welds, tooth seats and pins are cracked or loose, and discover hidden dangers in time.
  • Wear control: When the wear depth of the bottom plate exceeds 10mm, or the tooth feet are flattened, contact for repair or replacement as soon as possible.
  • Lubrication and maintenance: It is recommended to add grease to the pins and movable hinges every 50 hours of operation to reduce metal friction.
  • Clean up mud and sand: After the operation, use a high-pressure water gun or iron brush to clean the inside of the bucket and the pin groove to prevent mud and sand accumulation from causing jamming.
