High-strength forging material: high-quality alloy steel is used for overall forging to ensure that the kingpin is not easy to break or deform under high-intensity operation.

Quenching and tempering heat treatment: quenching + tempering treatment is carried out through precision heat treatment process to make the surface hardness reach HRC50-58, effectively improve wear resistance and extend service life.

High-precision processing technology: CNC lathe is used for fine processing, and the key dimensions of the kingpin such as diameter, coaxiality, and end surface flatness are strictly controlled within ±0.02mm to ensure smooth installation without jamming.

Anti-rust and anti-corrosion technology: The surface can be phosphated, blackened, galvanized and other processes, which can adapt to various construction environments such as humidity, muddy, high salt spray, etc.

Complete models + customized services: Whether it is 80, 120, 200, 240, 300 tons, GFM can quickly match, and support processing according to drawings and customization according to samples to meet non-standard equipment needs.
